By design our Call Center Systems were purchased with the sole intent of allowing ‘bolt on' applications to be applied. Most Call Center Systems available today are closed to external application design limiting the Client of the Manufacturer to ‘use what is supplied'. This thought process most certainly limits what a Call Center can offer in the way of specialized services to a wide variety of client needs. Realizing that our business needs to be able to ‘turn on a dime' and offer solutions our competitors can't, our development team evolved. In conjunction with our internal programmers and design specialists and Multipath Technologies, Big Sky now offers middleware design services to our valued and evolving client base.
